We are Dentsu Creative Amsterdam. Part of a global agency network, we live and breathe transformative creativity. Your role
You work in collaboration with creatives, copywriters, designers and more, to develop effective communication strategies for best-in-class campaigns, brands, experiences and activations. You will be the lead strategist and sparring partner for several global and local brands.
This means
you are able to uncover original human insights through consumer safaris, video interviews, data analysis and other research means
you use these insights to wow clients, creatives and other agency peers.
you translate business objectives into real world tactics.
you challenge all strategists with in-depth knowledge of changing consumer behavior. Push them to be more in the now and in the know of what is happening.
you take an active role during creative development, expanding first creative ideas into elaborate campaign plans.
you are comfortable with different qualitative and quantitative research methods.

+5 years of experience in the field of strategy
knows how to build proper decks
a portfolio with strong creative campaigns, brands and /or experiences
