As a Creative Research Intern, you'll be on the front lines of curiosity, digging into human behavior, talking to real people, and helping uncover insights that guide our creative thinking.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative researcher and strategists and be part of a research-minded team that believes the best ideas come from understanding people deeply.
What you will be doing
Get out there: conduct face-to-face interviews, desk research, vox pops, and participate in focus groups.
Help crack the brief: uncover the voice of the customer to help answer client questions with fresh insight.
Work fast: some briefs run from kickoff to insight in just 4 days—you’ll need to be nimble and resourceful.
Make meaning: distill messy findings into clear, inspiring insights that fuel big creative ideas.
Your Profile
Studying Social Sciences eg. Journalism/Sociology/Media & Communication
Entry-level: if you've done any kind of research (academic, personal, or professional), great! If not, your attitude and mindset matter most.
Dutch and English proficiency - Must be comfortable conducting research in Dutch
Bonus Points If…
Experience with focus groups, qualitative interviews, or desk research
Some knowledge of quantitative research or data analysis tools
Familiar with video editing software

GOOD TO KNOW
Internship Requirements:
You are enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship
You are available for 5 to 6 months
You live in the Netherlands and are legally allowed to work here as a student
You are willing to come to the office regularly (this is not a remote internship)
What you get:
€500 internship allowance (based on a 40-hour workweek)
1.5 days off per month to focus on school obligations (when working 40 hours)
Public transport costs covered, if you don’t have a student OV card
€4 lunch allowance per office day
